We understand plans change. The following cancellation and refund terms apply to bookings made with us.
Cancellation charges
- 30+ days before departure: loss of deposit.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of trip cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of trip cost.
- Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of trip cost.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Third-party charges (airline, hotel, visa) are non-refundable where suppliers do not refund us.
